The aroma of apples is everywhere. I love that smell of autumn. It penetrates the house as apple sauce, apple pies and apple juice are cooking. But I must admit that I am happy that the marathon days of canning are behind us.

as much as I hate to admit it, I wish I were they bottling and canning apples and peaches and everything else. Now I can see the benefits of it all,and I eat all the words I once said about hating those things!
Looks Yummy! Good seeing you on Sunday, wished we could of visited. Maybe next trip will be longer and I can actually catch up on things.
